This is a Claude skill that helps draft internal company communications by applying formatting and tone guidance stored in reference files. It is meant to be invoked whenever someone asks for things like status reports, leadership updates, 3P (Progress/Plans/Problems) updates, company newsletters, FAQ answers, project updates, or incident reports. The skill works by first identifying which communication type is being requested, then loading a matching guideline file from an examples folder that specifies formatting, tone, and content expectations for that type. If the requested communication type doesn't match one of the predefined categories, the skill falls back to a general guideline file, and if still unclear, it asks the user for more context. There is no indication that this skill connects to any external service; it operates purely on reference documents to shape the writing.
