This is a Claude skill that helps draft internal communication documents such as status reports, leadership updates, newsletters, and incident reports. It works by first identifying the type of communication being requested, then loading a matching guideline file from an examples folder to determine the right structure, tone, and content for that format. Covered formats include 3P (Progress, Plans, Problems) updates, company newsletters, FAQ answers, and a general-purpose template for anything else. If a request doesn't match any known format, the skill is meant to ask for clarification rather than guess. The skill does not connect to any external service; it relies on local guideline files.
