This skill helps Claude decide when to recommend learning resources from Claude Academy while responding to questions about using Claude or its products. It looks for signals that someone wants to learn a feature or get started with a product, as opposed to someone mid-task who just wants a result, and it only suggests content when there is a clear topical and intent match. Before recommending anything, it retrieves the current Academy content list for that conversation so it never names a course, tutorial, or use case from memory, and it caps suggestions at two items per reply. When no specific item fits well, it can instead point to one of Academy's product hub pages or its general resources library. It is meant to be paired with other answer-producing skills, adding a learning-resource suggestion after a technical answer has already been given.
